Comfort Keepers Franchise
Over the next three decades, few markets will expand at the rate that the senior-related products and services industry has experienced. Fueled by the needs of an older Baby Boomer generation, America’s population age 65+ will experience unprecedented growth.
As an industry leader in the in-home senior care market, Comfort Keepers® is well-positioned to capitalize on the emerging needs for care among seniors and their families.
As a potential franchisee, you have the opportunity to enter an industry during the growth years, and can anticipate ongoing demand for decades to come. It is an exciting time to be part of this “pioneer” industry. The Comfort Keepers® franchise system is comprised of a network of caring individuals committed to providing comforting care solutions that enable seniors and others to live safely, happily and independently at home.
Company History
The Comfort Keepers® story began in 1997 when Kris Clum, a registered nurse working in home health care, discovered first-hand the need for someone to assist her patients with their non-medical needs. As a nurse, she was allowed only to tend to their medical or skilled care needs.
Sometimes her patients would request something as simple as having a loaf of bread or quart of milk delivered — or to have someone spend just a few minutes in conversation to brighten their day. Kris knew she could provide a solution.
Today, that solution is known as Comfort Keepers®. Comfort Keepers® provides non-medical, in-home care services to thousands of people by way of more than 630 franchised offices in the United States.
Many of our current location owners came to Comfort Keepers® as a result of their own experiences of caring for a loved one and discovering the tremendous difference that in-home care makes in the quality of a senior’s life.
