As a Mobile Clubhouse franchisee, you will receive everything you need to start and operate your franchise; including a custom specialized trailer and the Full Swing Golf Simulator. Each Mobile Clubhouse trailer also includes a custom pro shop space which is constructed into your choice of either a lounge area for event catering and entertainment, or into a golf teaching lab.
Additionally you will have access to our business management tools, collateral marketing materials, logo items, public relations support, an exclusive territory, on-going franchise support, and much more.

Trailer, Simulator and Custom Pro Shop – $120,000 – $130,000
Initial Operating Capital – $14,600 – $33,500
Total start-up capital of $159,600 to $188,500, which includes the franchise fee, a custom branded trailer, a custom pro shop or entertainment space, the Full Swing Golf simulator, 3 months of operating capital and much more.
Monthly Recurring Fees
Royalty Fee – 6% or $1,000 per month
